Cranbury Festival

Just got back from the Cranbury Festival in Cranbury, NJ. Great time, great crowd, lots of fun. Really like my new set up, Tess' Totes Cafe style! Fifties style table cloths, kitsch table settings and chalk board menus added to the ambiance.

But, I still love my suitcase display.

Linvilla Orchards Arts and Crafts Festival

September 20 and 21 was the perfect weather for an outdoor festival. The crowds, music and entertainment at Linvilla Orchards in Media was fantastic. My favorite mascot was on hand both days to draw the crowds to my booth. Monster certainly lives up to his name, with his huge head and 150 pound body but he is a gentle giant welcoming children of all ages to pet and hug him!

Despicable Me Hats

From sewing colorful purses, to creating sophisticated scarves, to crocheting Despicable Me hats.  I made these for my three grandchildren. One Edith hat and two Minion hats. Of course, they are not as adorable as the children who will wear them.

Ocean City, NJ Holiday Craft Show on the Music Pier

Here is my display at a recent craft show in Ocean City, NJ. Despite the cold, windy weekend, customers braved the weather to shop for the holidays.

Introducing the Bindle Bag!

   A bindle is the bag or sack commonly used by hobos. In popular culture, the bindle is portrayed as a stick with cloth or a blanket tied around one end for carrying items, with the entire array being carried over the shoulder.      My version of the Bindle Bag features a spacious purse with 16" zipper. A thirty inch shoulder strap replaces the stick over your shoulder. Exciting news!!! Tess' Totes has a display at a great new boutique in Ambler, PA. In the heart of this historic town, sits lots of hidden treasures just waiting to be discovered.
